BEFORE YOU ORDER
Every candle in your order will have the same design. Custom orders are created as one cohesive design for the entire order.
For example, if you order 6 candles, all 6 candles will be made using the same selected colors, herbs, charms, and overall design.
Individual candles within the same order cannot be customized separately.
If you would like multiple different designs, please submit separate custom orders.
No fragrances are available.
Custom candles are currently fragrance-free. I do not offer fragrance, perfume, essential oils, or scent customization for custom candle orders.
HANDMADE MEANS IT TAKES TIME
Please remember that your candle isn't coming off an assembly line. I'm a one-person business, and every custom piece is made by hand.
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design, materials needed, and current order volume. Please allow up to 3 weeks for custom orders to be created and prepared for shipment, unless a different timeline has been communicated to you before your order is placed.
If you have a specific date or deadline in mind, please contact me before placing your order. I cannot guarantee that a custom order will be completed by a requested date unless we have discussed and confirmed the timeline beforehand.
A NOTE ABOUT YOUR VISION
Your custom candle is a collaboration between your intention and my creative process. You don't need to know exactly what you want every detail to look like. Tell me what you're drawn to, what you're working toward, the feeling you're hoping to evoke, or the symbolism that matters to you.
I'll take those pieces and turn them into a physical creation. That means there may be small differences between what you imagined and the final handmade piece — especially when you choose an intuitive design.
Handmade means there is room for creativity, variation, and a little bit of magic.
