DELIVERY TIME

We do our best to deliver orders on time. All products are made to order with love, and are ready to ship within a few days depending on your selection and our inventory situation. During the busy holiday season, it may take a few extra days so please plan accordingly!

If you have a store event or customer in dire need, let us know... if we can pour yours sooner, we will. Simply call or email us.

We ship by UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Transit time to East Coast destinations is typically 2-3 days, Midwest 3-5 days, West Coast 5-7 days, and Alaska, Hawaii and Canada 7-9 days. Larger orders go by UPS Freight or your choice of carrier.

For larger orders, we ship on pallets via UPS Freight or your carrier of choice. Every order is individually hand-packed to avoid any slip-ups, but if yours arrives incorrect or damaged, please call or email us right away – we’ll fix it.

Note: Wholesomeology candles are made of natural wax and do not need to be left at hot temperatures for an extended period of time (i.e. on a porch or in a mailbox.). Keep an eye on your shipping notifications to ensure you get to your package within a reasonable time. If you work away from home, it is best that you elect to receive your order at your location if possible. Once a package is shipped, title and the risk of loss pass to you. Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages because we are a small, growing business.
